Many people go to the supermarket and buy different canned products, but there are few that know who is responsible for packing this nutritional and safe product that they got. That happened to me until I started to work at Universidad Nacional de Frontera, which is a public University in Sullana. Since that day, I know that a food engineer is a professional that directs all the processes of the food industry. Their activities include the designing first, and then the developing of processes for producing nutritional and safe packed foods. Afterward, they are responsible for storing and transporting them.
